The most powerful transformations in your life are intentional. As you watch today’s 55 seconds, you may want to ask yourself:

William Burroughs said, “When you stop growing…you start dying.”
Growth requires paying attention to your surroundings, adapting to change, and getting better in the process.
I have done a lot of snow skiing in my life and every time I fall, I seem to improve because of it.
But significant change is usually the result of a lesson with an expert; someone who knows my limits and takes me out of my comfort zone.
Then the experience helps me transform my abilities and ski at a much higher level.
John Mark Green said, “Change is inevitable, but transformation is a conscious choice.”
